Creating a workflow on the Olba AI platform consists of 3 basic steps:
- Select Your Agent: Define the main intelligence unit to perform the task.
- Define Skills: Select which tools (e.g. Web search, Excel read, send email) the agent can use.
- Draw the Workflow (Graph): Set simple visual connections that determine which step the agent will proceed to next.
A Real Life Example
Suppose you have an e-commerce site. You want to manage return requests from your customers:
- Trigger: An email arrives with the subject “Return”.
- Olba AI Agent: Reads the email content, detects the order number, and verifies the order from the database.
- Result: If the return conditions are suitable, it approves the return, generates a shipping code and sends it to the customer via SMS.
This workflow, which you can set up in just 10 minutes, will reduce hours of operational load every day to zero.
